Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account" link to check your orders status. You must be registered to use the *My Account* automated functions.  Shipping notification will be emailed to you when order is shipped.  If you do not receive notification, please contact customer service for additional tracking information.  Considering all items are in stock, orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours of cleared payment.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed.  Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.  You must be registered to use the *My Account* automated functions.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.  You must be registered to use the *My Account* automated functions.  A shipment notification will be sent to you when order has been shipped.  If you do not receive notification, please contact customer service for more tracking information.  If items are in stock, orders will usually be shipped within 24-48 hours of cleared payment.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status.  You must be registered with an account to use this automated feature. If you order displays your package tracking number, check with the shipper to confirm that your package was delivered. If your package shows a status of "delivered" but you have not received it,  please contact customer service for assistance.
My order is incorrect

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. If item is in stock, order will usually be shipped within 24-48 hours of cleared payment.
